We aim to deliver your items promptly and in perfect condition. Check our delivery page for more details. Please order with enough lead time to avoid disappointment. If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Each order is treated individually.
International
For international orders, please contact us for an individual quote. Orders outside the UK may incur import duties and taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Gifts
We can deliver to addresses other than the billing address, such as for gifts. A copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email and home address, and a signature will be required upon delivery.
In-store collection
Select 'Pick up in store' at checkout for our same-day in-store collection. Please call us at 020 7722 5883 to confirm your order and check our opening times before coming to collect. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Ensure you have selected the correct shipping address; otherwise, checkout will fail.
Returns
For online purchases, please email us at info@thebank102.com within 14 days from the day you received the item to request the return. All items must be in perfect condition with all labels attached and returned to our address within 14 days for a refund or exchange. For exchanges, new items will be shipped upon receipt of the returned package and any additional payment required.
Items purchased from our boutique at 102 St John's Wood High Street can be returned within 14 days for a credit note or refund if in immaculate condition with tags attached, except for sale items which are non-refundable. Customised, made-to-measure, or bespoke items cannot be returned.
