For international orders, please contact us for an individual quote. Orders outside the UK may incur import duties and taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Check with your local customs office for more information.

In-store collection

Select 'Pick up in store' at checkout for our same-day in-store collection at 102 St John's Wood High Street in London. You will receive an email once the item is ready for collection. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Gifts

We can deliver to addresses other than the billing address, such as for gifts. A copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email and home address, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please contact us for more information.

Returns

For online purchases, please email us atinfo@thebank102.com within 14 days from the day you received the item to request the return. All items must be in perfect condition with all labels attached and returned to our address within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and you will receive an email confirmation. For exchanges, new items will be shipped upon receipt of the returned package and any additional payment required.

Items purchased from our boutiques at 102 St John's Wood High Street or 794 Finchley Road can be returned within 14 days for a credit note or refund if in immaculate condition with tags attached, except for sale items which are non refundable. Customized, made-to-measure, or bespoke items cannot be returned. 

New and unused means no marks or wear on the item or tags. If an item does not meet these criteria, it will be sent back to customer, and no refund will be issued.
