Yes, we offer order collections in our store at 102 St John’s Wood High Street, NW8 7SH London. Once your order has been packed and is ready to be collected (usually within an hour), you will receive a text confirmation. Please remember to bring your ID to confirm your name.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note items that are damaged, soiled, label-less or returned outside of our 14 day returns period will not be accepted and instead will be returned back to the customer.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges however, if you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
