Yes, we offer order collections in our store at 102 St John’s Wood High Street, NW8 7SH London. Once your order has been packed and is ready to be collected (usually within an hour during opening times), you will receive an email confirmation.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note items that are damaged, soiled, label-less or returned outside of our 14 day returns period will not be accepted and instead will be returned back to the customer.

We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage and returns tracking number as we may need to see this at a later date.
